THINGS TO KNOW
WEEKLY HOLIDAYS
The ski and summer weeks are to be considered from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
Check-in: the apartment is available after 2.30 pm
Check-out: the apartment must be vacated by 10.30 a.m.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Reservations are confirmed once the deposit has been received, which must be paid no later than 5 working days.
The following rules apply to the cancellation of the reservation:
– full refund of the deposit within 90 days from the date of booking of the stay, excluding bank charges;
– refund of 40% of the deposit within 31 days from the date of booking of the stay, excluding bank charges;
– from 30 days onwards there are no refunds
RESPECT FOR TIMETABLES
In order to respect the peace and rest of all, it is requested to pay attention in the afternoon and at night.
VALUABLES
For the peace of mind of guests, the apartment is equipped with a safe and the ski room with a ski rack with key. We are not responsible for valuables that are not declared and/or left unattended.
