The residence is located in Pozza di Fassa (1320 m) in Trentino in the heart of the Dolomites, in a quiet and sunny area, dominated by Cima Undici, Cima Dodici and Sassolungo. On foot you can reach the ski lifts of the Buffaure-Ciampac ski area, which allows direct access to the famous SellaRonda (Tour of the 4 passes), the Catinaccio ski area and the Marcialonga slope for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. A children’s playground is available within walking distance of the residence. Many walks, hikes and climbs for all levels depart from Pozza and for your relaxation the QC Terme Dolomiti thermal facility is open all year round (for our customers entrance with 10% discount).

The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with dining area, kitchen and large balcony, two bedrooms, one with balcony, and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and accessories: WI-FI, TV, microwave, dishwasher and safe. Guests have access to a parking space in a covered garage accessible by lift. Pets are not allowed.

SASSOLUNGO
The apartment is located on the third floor of the residence and can accommodate up to 4 + 2 people. It consists of a living room with dining area, kitchen and a large balcony, two bedrooms, a mezzanine with two beds and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and accessories: WI-FI, TV, microwave, dishwasher and safe. Guests have access to a parking space in a covered garage accessible by lift. Pets are not allowed.

SERVICES
The house is equipped with a lift, laundry room with washing machines and dryers, covered garage with heated ramp and outdoor car parking, a ski room equipped with boot warmers and ski racks with key. For the summer there is a large garden equipped with deck chairs and a dining table with umbrella. For children, a cot with sides and a high chair are available.
