In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, pizzerias and rotisseries as well as the supermarkets Despar, Margherita Conad and DiPiù, and several grocery stores: bakeries, butchers, fruit and vegetables and tobacconists. All services: tourist office, pharmacy, post office and banks can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the village there are some ski and bike rentals, the ski bus stop is 400m away The apartments are 800m/9 minutes walk from the Buffaure Ski Area, where there is a ski and boot storage.

THE RESIDENCE
In 2015 the structure that houses the residence was built.
