The house is equipped with a lift, laundry room with washing machines and dryers, covered garage with heated ramp and outdoor car parking, a ski room equipped with heating
boots and ski racks with key. For the summer there is a large garden equipped with deck chairs and a dining table with umbrella. For children, a cot with sides and a high chair are available.

In 2015 the structure that houses the residence was built.
